Service Description
Condenser capacitors and other minor electrical components on your ac system come with a certified diagnosis with an HVAC professional, 1 year parts and labor warranty to provide peace of mind. Many parts make up your air conditioner condenser from small electrical components to major components like the compressor. This is why we complete a certified diagnostic to confirm the ac capacitor is the only failed part. There is a possibility the capacitor failed due to other underlying issues. The diagnosis on the unit is mandatory for your safety, my safety and is required by law. We have the right to refuse service. All work is documented and a full report will be provided at the time of completion. We recommend all customers purchase the PIE maintenance membership to ensure the system is maintained regularly to catch any potential problems and help extend the life of your central air system. Additional requests to check other issues outside of performing "ac capacitor request" may have additional charges. All additionally requested work is quoted and must be approved before any additional work is performed. To book this appointment you will need to confirm your appointment prior to the technician being dispatched. Only confirmed appointments will be seen the same day.
